Our Mission – Cancer Immunotherapy Endowment Fund

Our Mission

The Cancer Immunotherapy Endowment Fund was established with a highly specific mission: to bring the innovative MBTA tumor immunotherapy to clinical trials and, ultimately, into standard medical practice.

The MBTA method – detailed at cancerimmunotherapy.cz – achieves an 80% cure rate, suppresses metastases, and provides resistance to recurrence in mouse models of melanoma, sarcoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, colorectal carcinoma, pheochromocytoma, breast cancer, and glioblastoma. These are remarkable results, and due to the method’s design, they hold significant promise for application in human medicine.

Despite massive financial support, extensive research efforts, and countless clinical centers, the current situation in cancer treatment is far from encouraging. The statistics are unforgiving: according to the latest verified data from the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a WHO agency, approximately 9.7 million people worldwide died from cancer in 2022, and projections show a worsening trend. We refuse to accept this. The MBTA method offers hope for a relatively simple and affordable treatment compared to existing methods – a potential solution that could spare many patients from suffering. This is why our fund seeks to raise awareness about MBTA and find ways to bring it swiftly into clinical use.

It is widely known that such efforts usually take many years and billions of dollars. But let us recall the COVID-19 situation: a vaccine was brought to market within months – because of urgency and funding. It was possible. Far more people die of cancer. Launching MBTA into clinical use could be quicker and much more affordable. So what are we waiting for? Join us and help bring this breakthrough cancer therapy to life.

We also aim to offer visitors of our website different perspectives on cancer than those typically presented in the media. Cancer is commonly seen as a devastating, nearly untreatable disease that strikes people and their families like fate. And indeed, it is. But it’s also worth seeing cancer in broader terms. Hidden within the essence of cancer lie the basic principles of emergence, development, and eventual end – patterns that are astonishingly repeated throughout all levels of human life, society, and even the universe. We describe these phenomena briefly on the page Research & Philosophy and strongly recommend the article „Cancer – The Unequal War Between a Malignant Tumor and the Body,“ which eloquently illustrates this complex struggle. Understanding the roots of why cancer is so difficult to treat is essential for developing effective, accessible strategies. The MBTA method is not a matter of chance – it is the outcome of years of dedicated research and work by Jan Zenka and his team.

In today’s world of global connectivity, the Internet, social networks, and artificial intelligence, we believe we can find enough compassionate individuals who recognize the power of united effort. We welcome small and large donors alike to support further research. We aim to capture the attention of major pharmaceutical companies or create a network of smaller businesses and investors who will help us achieve a shared goal: effective cancer treatment. You can help through financial contributions and by connecting us to the right people.

Modern times require modern approaches. The mission of the Cancer Immunotherapy Endowment Fund is globally significant – and its realization demands global support. Let’s take a step toward human health, and we’ll take a step toward a healthier society. We’re all in this together. Let’s lead by example.
