When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following situations:

• Duplicate donations made in error.
• A technical error resulting in an unintended or incorrect amount being charged.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the donation at:

Please include your name, the date of the donation, the amount, and the payment method used.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the donation, where technically possible.
